OUR BOOKING POLICY

 We are dedicated to providing a fulfilling and respectful experience for all our members. To ensure that everyone can enjoy their time in the studio, we kindly ask that you adhere to our registration policy.

Registration Requirements:
- All practitioners are required to register for classes at least one hour before the start of the class.
- Classes with zero registered practitioners will unfortunately be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Pre-registration not only helps us manage our schedule effectively but also ensures that you have a spot for classes that tend to go over capacity. It shows respect for your teachers and fellow practitioners, many of whom travel considerable distances to attend our classes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Gregg is the co-owner of Sukha Yoga Whitby and has been practicing yoga for many years, exploring and studying different styles through experiences and teachings from around the world. His journey with yoga has taken him to many inspiring places, deepening both his personal practice and his understanding of movement, mindfulness, and conn

Gregg is the co-owner of Sukha Yoga Whitby and has been practicing yoga for many years, exploring and studying different styles through experiences and teachings from around the world. His journey with yoga has taken him to many inspiring places, deepening both his personal practice and his understanding of movement, mindfulness, and connection.

Gregg completed his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2023 alongside Nikki and Tish, and has been teaching ever since. His first teaching opportunity began right here at Sukha, where he continues to share his passion for yoga and community. Through his teaching, Gregg creates a supportive and welcoming environment for students of all experience levels, encouraging presence, balance, and personal growth both on and off the mat.

As part of the vision behind Sukha, Gregg is passionate about building a community-centered space where people can come to move, heal, connect, and feel at home.

My journey into wellness began through movement at a young age as a competitive figure skater, where I first discovered the connection between discipline, balance, and mindfulness. Over the years, that passion evolved into a deeper love for yoga and creating spaces that help people feel grounded, supported

I completed my yoga teacher training at Tru Bliss Yoga Studio and have fallen in love with the transformative power of vinyasa yoga — both physically and mentally. Beyond the studio, I’m an entrepreneur, animal lover, and travel enthusiast who believes that self-care should feel inspiring, approachable, and deeply personal.

With Sukha Yoga, my goal is to help create a welcoming community where people of all experience levels can move, heal, grow, and simply breathe. I’m so excited to welcome you into our space. team of talented and passionate teachers.

Robyn Denning is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor and Certified Health Educator. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2012 on Koh Phangan, Thailand, and went on to earn her 300-hour certification through YogaRenew in 2025.
For Robyn, yoga is a lifelong practice that supports balance, strength, flexibility, pain relief,

Tish, also known as the “Holistic Witch,” has been drawn to spirituality and the mystical from a young age. Over the years, she has expanded her knowledge through studies in Holistic Nutrition, reflexology, meditation, tarot, mediumship, sound and crystal healing.

Honoring her Indigenous roots, Tish brings a spiritual approach to wellness
